Velan Store delivers orders to almost all major parts within India. You can place your orders from anywhere in the world, but delivery will be done within India only.

Can I ship my order to multiple addresses?
No, we ship all items of an order to the same address only. If you wish to send items to different addresses then we request you to place them in different orders. You can store as many addresses as you want under shipping addresses in your “My Account” section.

How do I check the current status of my orders?
You can review the status and other information of all your orders whether pending or fulfilled, that you have placed with Velan Store by clicking on the My Account link in our site. This will take you to your My Account page, where you view the status of all orders that have been placed. To view the status of a specific order, click on the Order Number.

What are the different phases through which my order passes till delivery?
Your order passes through following states before it finally enters the completed stage.

  1. Processing – Your order/payment has been approved by our payment gateway.
  2. Ready for Dispatch – The product is prepared and the order is set to be dispatched based on your specifications.
  3. Dispatched – Your order has been successfully sent out from our end.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?
We will send an instant e-mail with the information for the shipment of your order as soon as the order is handed over to the shipping partner. We will also send the tracking number for the shipment so that customers can track their shipment on their own.

Why did I receive a partial Order?
In some instances, there could be an item in your Order that may have failed our Quality Check (QC), which is a routine prior to dispatch, and if we don’t have an alternate QC passed item in stock. In such an event you may be sent that part of the Order that is available in stock. But be assured that we will make every attempt to procure the out of stock products unless cancelled by you. In case we are unable to fulfill your purchase we will refund you the payments made towards those products.

What is Wishlist?
The product that you wish to add to the cart, can be the one marked as sold out. This can be added to your wish list so that you will be informed once when the product is back in stock and available for sale on the portal by mail. Or you may like to have a personalized wish, for a product / category not present on the portal, in such a case you can mail us your valuable suggestion.

How to register a complaint related to non-delivery of partial-order?
All complaints regarding the non-delivery of the partial order or any other similar issues regarding the delivered products should be registered with us within 24 Hrs from delivery date. In case of any queries, you may contact us.

My transaction could not be completed but my account has been debited.
In case of an unsuccessful transaction where your account has been debited but there is no Order confirmation from Velan Store then please send a mail to us with the transaction ID. We will look into the issue as soon as possible.

Unable to track order/Status not updated
If you are not updated regarding your order status, you may contact us with your order number. We will immediately update you regarding your order details.

How long and how will I receive my refund?
Typically the refunds are initiated within 2 business days of receiving your items. Receipt of the refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you. Usually it takes 4 to 7 days, but in some rare cases it takes up to 15 days depending upon the bank’s refund policies. You can also choose as points in your Velanstore.com account for immediate refund.

How Service option works?To request service, customers are required to upload the repaired product and provide details of the fault. Once the order is confirmed, a designated pick-up person will collect the product and deliver it within a timeframe of 2-10 days.

How old for new exchange option works / How to exchange old ?

  • This option is only for customers from Chennai
  • For old for new exchange option the exchanging item should be of the same item category of any brand.
  • Pick up time and location can be scheduled.
  • Old can also be dropped at our store by the customer.
  • No return and exchange is applicable for old for new exchange. if any damage on the new product replacement can be done.
  • Once the old product is picked up or given by the customer it will not be given back or returned back.
  • New product received damaged/defective/different than the one ordered can be replaced with new.

How old for new exchange (based on weight) option works / How to exchange old (based on weight)?

  • 1. Eligibility: This option is available exclusively for customers in Chennai.
  • 2. Option selection: Customers can add this option to there cart for exchanging there (old steel, old plastic, old aluminium, old brass, old copper, old iron)
  • 3. New item purchase: Customers can proceed with purchasing new items along with the old exchange option.
  • 4. Delivery options: After completing the purchase, customers can choose between store pick-up or door delivery.
  • 5. (If the customer has chosen door delivery option)
    -Delivery process: Within 2-5 days, a representative will reach the customer to deliver the new product and collect the old.
    The representative will provide the customer with the value of the old items based on their weight within next 2 days and add the amount in their wallet for the next purchase.
  • (If the customer has chosen store pick-up option)
    -Store Pick-Up process: Customers can call the store (+91 93636 39123) at their convenient time and schedule their pick-up time and date.
  • 6. Checkout choices: Customers can select either Cash on Delivery (COD) or prepaid option during checkout.
