When a golden yellow froth gathers at the top of the Eeya Chombu, it’s time to turn off the Rasam, garnish it with coriander, and apply a ghee thalippu. Cover it and let the flavors meld in the Eeya Chombu before serving.
Each Eeya Chombu is a handcrafted masterpiece, taking over 8-10 hours for rural artisans to create. Crafted with pure Velleeyam, or Tin, the Chombu enriches the food with minerals released by the metal, enhancing the flavor of your meals.
