1. Customers must weigh their item that they wish to have lacquer.
2. Enter the accurate weight in the designated section before moving on to the next step.
3. Upload a picture of the item you wish to lacquer.
4. Select either store pickup (where both the drop-off and pickup are handled by you) or door delivery (where both the pickup and delivery are managed by our team).
5. Proceed with the payment.

If you opt for door delivery, our partner will contact you to arrange collection from your specified address, typically within 1 to 3 days. After pickup, the item will be delivered within 3-12 days.
