Shipping Costs

Old Exchange Option

Old for New Exchange option is exclusively available for buyers in Chennai.
This option applies to all appliances and cookware, and customers are required to upload a picture of their old item to process the order. Only one old item can be exchanged for one new product, and the exchanging item can be of any brand within the same category you select. For example, you can exchange an old cooker to purchase a new cooker, blender, or other items with the exchange discount.

No return and exchange is applicable for old for new exchanged product. If any damage on the new product replacement can be done.

Once the old exchanged product is picked up or given by the customer it will not be given back.

Old Exchange Option Based On Weight

Exchange your (old steel, old plastic, old aluminium, old brass, old copper, old iron, old bronze, old eeyam) for new products in our exclusive Chennai-based program. Simply weigh your items, say goodbye to clutter, and embrace a refreshed lifestyle with our seamless exchange process. Discover the benefits today!

1. Eligibility: This option is available exclusively for customers in Chennai.
2. Option selection: Customers can add this option to there cart for exchanging there (old steel, old plastic, old aluminium, old brass, old copper, old iron, old bronze, old eeyam)
3. New item purchase: Customers can proceed with purchasing new items along with the old exchange option.
4. Delivery options: After completing the purchase, customers can choose between store pick-up or door delivery.
5. (If the customer has chosen door delivery option)
-Delivery process: Within 1-5 days, a representative will reach the customer to deliver the new product and collect the old.
The representative will provide the customer with the value of the old items based on their weight within next 1 day and add the amount to their bank account or velanstore wallet based on customer choice.
(If the customer has chosen store pick-up option)
-Store Pick-Up process: Customers can call the store (+91 93636 39123) at their convenient time and schedule their pick-up time and date.

Service

To request service, customers are required to upload the repaired product and provide details of the fault. Once the order is confirmed, a designated pick-up person will collect the product within 1 to 5 days and deliver it within a timeframe of 3-15 days. This option is exclusively available for buyers in Chennai.

VelanStore specializes in expert gold (தங்க) and silver (வெள்ளி) plating (முலாம்) service and polishing service for a variety of metals, including bronze (வெண்கலம்), brass (பித்தளை), copper (செம்பு), and eeyam (ஈயம்), steel (ஸ்டீல்). Our dedicated team is committed to enhancing the beauty of your metals, ensuring that each piece receives meticulous care.

1. Customers must weigh their item that they wish to have polished or plated.
2. Enter the accurate weight in the designated section before moving on to the next step.
3. Upload a picture of the item you wish to polish or plate.
4. Select either store pickup (where both the drop-off and pickup are handled by you) or door delivery (where both the pickup and delivery are managed by our team).
5. Proceed with the payment.

If you opt for door delivery, our partner will contact you to arrange collection from your specified address, typically within 1 to 5 days. After pickup, the item will be delivered within 3-15 days.

Variations in Dimensions and Weight

The customer acknowledges and accepts that items ordered from our website may have slight variations in their length, breadth, height, and weight.
