It has soft touch handles on both sides for better grip and those are heat resistant as well. It has tough layers of non-stick on the inside as well as outside. This product is good for all heating sources like induction, gas and electric etc. the heat-resistant glass lids retain moisture and flavor, and allows you to check the food while cooking without disturbing the cooking process or temperature by lifting the lid. Since it's easy to release the non-stick interior and exterior, it is easy to clean the casserole as well.
