Partial Payment Policy

How Partial Payment Works:

 

Payment Structure

 

 

  • Advance Payment:

    Customers must pay 20% of the total order value online at the time of placing the order.

    This advance payment is mandatory and non-refundable.

  • Balance Payment on Delivery:

    The remaining 80% of the order value is payable at the time of delivery.

  • COD Handling Charge:

    A ₹100 COD handling charge will be added to the order total for all Cash on Delivery orders.

    This charge covers processing and logistics costs and is non-refundable.

 

 

 

 

How It Works

 

 

  1. Pay 20% advance online to confirm your order.

  2. Pay 80% balance + ₹100 COD handling charge at the time of delivery

    (or online before dispatch if COD is not supported).

 

 

 

 

Order Confirmation

 

 

  • Orders are confirmed only after the 20% advance payment is successfully received.

  • Order processing and dispatch will begin after confirmation.

 

 

 

 

Cancellations & Failed Deliveries

 

 

  • The 20% advance payment and ₹100 COD handling charge are non-refundable.

  • In case of failed delivery attempts, the order may be canceled, and the advance amount will be forfeited.

  • Any balance amount paid online (if applicable) will be refunded after deducting applicable charges.

 

 

 

 

COD Availability & Exceptions

 


COD is not available for:

 

  • International orders (outside India)

  • Shipments sent via VRL, Porter, or other transport services that do not support COD

  • Delivery pincodes where COD service is unavailable or not supported by our courier partners

 


In such cases, the order will be converted to a prepaid order. Customers will be informed about COD unavailability and the pending balance amount via email, call, or WhatsApp.


The remaining balance must be paid online before dispatch. Orders will be processed only after full payment is received.


If the balance payment is not completed within the communicated time frame, the order may be cancelled at our discretion.
