The unique design of Contura Black XT, featuring rounded sides, facilitates stirring, enhances visibility, and simplifies food removal. Ideal for complex dishes requiring frequent stirring. The inside-fitting lid ensures safety, pressure-locked akin to a jetliner door. The improved pressure regulator saves fuel, and the safety valve, placed under the lid handle bar, directs steam downwards. The gasket, with minimal steam exposure, endures longer use, while stay-cool handles with a fixed sturdy pivot enhance durability. The Contura Black XT is compatible with gas, induction, electric, ceramic, and halogen cooktops.
