How to exchange old cookware & appliances

Old for New Exchange

The Old for New Exchange option is available on all applicable products and will appear before the “Add to Cart” button on the product page.

If the Old for New Exchange option is not available for a product, you can choose our Weight-Based Exchange instead. In this case, your old item will be valued based on its weight rate. Click this link for weight based exchange weight-based-exchange

Availability:

  • This offer is exclusively for customers in Chennai.

  • Applicable on all appliances and cookware. (For other items weight based exchange).

How it Works:

  1. Select your new product.

  2. Choose the old item you wish to exchange (any condition & any brand is accepted).

  3. Upload a clear picture of your old item to proceed with the order.

  4. Add to cart, enter your address, and complete checkout.

Old Exchange Rules:

  • One old item can be exchanged for one new product. (For Weight based exchange you can give any number of items - no limit, total value is calculated based on their combined weight).

  • The old item can be of any brand & in any condition.

  • You can exchange, for example, an old cooker for a new cooker, blender, or any other applicable item. (For Weight based exchange you can give any old - steel, plastic, aluminum, brass, copper, iron, bronze, and Eeyam cookware for brand-new products)

Delivery & Payment Process:

  • At the time of delivery, our delivery person will collect your old item and hand over the new one.

  • The value of your old item will be credited to your bank account or Velanstore wallet within 1–2 hours after pickup.
