The Meyer Cast Iron Kadai is made from pure iron and is pre-seasoned with 100% vegetable oil. The cast iron kadai’s flared sides, small and flat base, and wide shape eliminate spluttering and keep food neatly contained. The depth in the iron kadai allows easy evaporation of heat making it perfect for Indian cuisines. The Iron Kadhai comes with a glass lid which allows you to monitor the food while cooking. Cast Iron Kadahi also comes with a handle holder which helps you holding the handle of the kadai when it gets hot.
