Exchange Old For New (weight based exchange)

1. Eligibility: This option is available exclusively for customers in Chennai.

2. Option selection: Customers can add this option to there cart for exchanging there (old steel, old plastic, old aluminium, old brass, old copper, old iron, old bronze, old eeyam)

3. New item purchase: Customers can proceed with purchasing new items along with the old exchange option.

4. Delivery options: After completing the purchase, customers can choose between store pick-up or door delivery.

5. (If the customer has chosen door delivery option)
-Delivery process: Within 1-5 days, a representative will reach the customer to deliver the new product and collect the old.
The representative will provide the customer with the value of the old items based on their weight within next 1 day and add the amount to their bank account or velanstore wallet based on customer choice.

(If the customer has chosen store pick-up option)
-Store Pick-Up process: Customers can call the store (+91 93636 39123) at their convenient time and schedule their pick-up time and date.
