Warranty

The TV comes with a 2-year comprehensive warranty that covers all manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This warranty includes coverage for manufacturing defects but does not cover external accessories such as batteries, cables, or carrying bags. It also excludes damage resulting from improper installation by the customer, normal wear and tear, accidents, lightning, water ingress, fire, dropping, excessive shock, or tampering by unauthorized agents. Warranty service is provided through a technician visit.
